Each of our subscription plans provide a dedicated Advisor Partner as the key point of contact but clients have full access to all experts on our staff. The Advisor Partner will loop in the appropriate staff member(s) with the relevant expertise for the session needs. All information discussed are kept strictly confidential. Over time, we will be curating an online resource of useful materials that will be made available to all clients. Kind Capital is developing a reporting tool called Compass which will be free to Enterprise Plan clients and offered at a discount to Startup and Growth Plan clients.

What is the difference between the Executive Coach and Life Coach Plan?
A Life Coach is more focused on personal development whereas the Executive Coach (Future Leaders and C-Suite Plan) is more focused on career and professional development for executives. Future Leaders Plan is targeted to mid-level managers while the C-Suite Plan focuses more on CEOs and senior executives. Unlike Enterprise Partner Solutions, these plans are focused on the individual rather than the organization.
Is there a discount for the plans if my company is an Enterprise Partner client?
If your organization is currently an Enterprise Partner client, anyone in your organization seeking a Life Coach or Executive Coach plan would receive a 25% discount.
Will sessions recorded and accessible later?
Depending on your preference, our Coaches can record the session and make it available to you through an online shared folder. These would only be available to you and accessible by your Coach, but no other Kind Capital staff unless you choose to change to a different Coach.
How do I pick a Coach? Can I change Coaches if I am not getting the support I need?
If there is someone you specifically want to work with, we do our best to ensure a mutual match and assign them to you, depending on their availability. Our goal is to help you be successful in achieving your goals. Sometimes a client may want to change their Coach, whether the area of development changes or there is just not a good fit in terms of style. Are there discounts for nonprofits?
We are a social enterprise ourselves; as such, we offer a 15% discount to charitable organizations on subscription plans.
How are sessions done? By Phone? Zoom? In person?
Our sessions are done by Zoom, Google Meet or by Phone, depending on clients’ preference. Given our staff are located all over, we do not do in-person sessions. However, for more specific consulting projects or interim executive staffing roles, in-person meetings are mutually agreed upon based on clients’ needs.
Am I locked into a long term contract with my subscription?
No, each subscription is billed on a month-to-month basis, paid at the beginning of each month in advance. We don’t believe in locking clients into something they are not finding useful, don’t you hate when companies do that? Clients that have worked with us over a longer period of time allow us to understand their needs better and thus, we can be more precise in providing the most effective advice.
Do you work with Venture Studios and investment funds?
Our client base is broad across investment firms as well as nonprofits. For venture studios and investment funds, we can serve your portfolio companies to supplement areas of expertise.
