About
I have worked in international development for more than 20 years delivering impact-driven interventions in support of quality vocational education, skills development and responsible business conduct. My experience spans the public and private sectors in the design, implementation and evaluation of research, policy and direct service delivery projects ranging in value from USD 3 million to USD 23 million. I have led international, cross-functional teams in Europe, South America, Oceania, Sub-Saharan Africa and Southeast Asia, in particular Myanmar. I am fluent in English, Polish, Spanish, French and Italian with working knowledge of Burmese. In addition to work, I am pursuing an Executive MBA at the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford focusing on business purpose – an idea that looks beyond the balance sheet to a broader and deeper role for business in society.
